Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls and personalized outreach, research and prioritize target accounts, engage HSE, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, deliver qualified opportunities to Sales, collaborate with Marketing, use AI-assisted prospecting tools, and improve messaging and outreach processes.

Find and close new business with general contractors and construction companies. Build and manage pipeline through prospecting, qualification, and deal execution; develop executive relationships; achieve revenue targets through new business, upsells, and cross-sells; and partner with BDRs. The role requires travel up to 30% for client visits and industry events, plus adoption of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Lead GTM change management and sales enablement programs to improve seller readiness, adoption, and productivity. Design and deliver enablement content, sales plays, runbooks, and field communications; coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and RevOps; plan SKOs; measure outcomes and iterate based on CRM/BI data.
