Leads the full lifecycle of city, state, and federal government contracts and grants, including registration, implementation, compliance, monitoring, reporting, amendments, renewals, reimbursement coordination, audits, and close-out. Establishes organization-wide contract management and audit-readiness systems, tracks performance and financial risks, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages government systems, and advises executive leadership on contract strategy, compliance, and funding risks.

Prepares, serves, and plans nutritious meals for LGBTQ+ youth at a drop-in center. Maintains food safety, sanitation, storage, temperature control, kitchen cleanliness, supplies, and nutrition records. Leads cooking and nutrition activities, accommodates allergies, prepares meals for absences, and supervises client interns during meal service. Evening and weekend work is required.

Oversee four Case Managers and two Housing Navigators serving LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness. Supervise staff, coordinate schedules and crisis response, oversee individualized service plans, monitor documentation and outcomes, conduct program evaluations, ensure DYCD and DOH compliance, facilitate training, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners, and support intake assessments and crisis interventions.

Provide administrative, operational, and communication support for housing programs serving LGBTQ+ youth. Maintain client records, manage inventory and petty cash, coordinate schedules, support intakes and orientations, assist with training and meetings, cover shifts as needed, and serve as a liaison between frontline staff and leadership to ensure consistent operations and information flow.

Provide peer mentorship and relationship-building for LGBTQ+ youth (16-25), facilitate peer-led programming, assist youth with systems navigation and advocacy, accompany youth to appointments, document sessions and participate in meetings and trainings. Must be 18-30, obtain a Youth Peer Advocate credential, and support youth toward long-term stability.

Supervise daily operations of housing programs for LGBTQ+ youth, manage staffing and schedules, provide supervision and coaching to youth counselors, handle crisis intervention and resident support, ensure administrative compliance and site safety, and coordinate communication with leadership and care teams.
