Assist Payroll Manager with bi-weekly payroll processing, off-cycle payments, leave and benefit accounting in UKG Ready, resolve payroll discrepancies, maintain payroll documentation, support year-end tasks, enter journal entries, liaise with vendors, and provide customer service to employees and leaders.

Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, analyze data and resolve quality issues, leverage AI tools for reporting, drive process improvements and manage projects, document solutions, and train stakeholders to increase data literacy across the organization.

Manage day-to-day execution of digital product and service enablement: plan and deliver training, create and maintain enablement content and SOPs, run support operations analytics, manage project plans for system rollouts, and partner with Data & Technology and business stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Manage and grow a portfolio of 125–150 corporate partners through identification, solicitation, stewardship, renewal, and expansion. Secure new partnerships and increase revenue via sponsorships, cause-marketing, employee engagement, and philanthropic investments. Create proposals and agreements, meet revenue goals, coordinate activations with cross-functional teams, track activity in Salesforce, and represent the organization at events.

Manage MarCom project intake and delivery for Development and Mission teams; advise on communications best practices; write and edit copy; develop content; contribute to marketing plans; track channel metrics and improve processes to meet organizational goals.
