Design, administer, and report on Qualtrics surveys; analyze survey and user research findings; and translate insights into UX and content recommendations. The role also supports analytics and usability testing tools, drafts client deliverables, manages project timelines and quality reviews, communicates with clients, contributes to meetings and proposals, and provides ongoing reporting and client service support.

The role involves building product strategy and offering development by evaluating existing engagements, managing the product innovation lifecycle, conducting market research, and influencing stakeholders for new solutions that integrate across research, policy, and technology areas.
