Provide telephonic oncology nursing care: counsel patients on oral oncolytics and side effects, support adherence, complete REMS education and Celgene certification, assist prior authorization and appeals, document in OncoEMR/CPR+, and provide training and escalated customer service for pharmacy operations.

Provide clinical nutrition assessment, counseling, and education specifically for oncology patients across treatment, survivorship, and palliative care. Apply the Nutrition Care Process, document in EMR, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources, maintain SOP/HIPAA compliance, and use telehealth and Microsoft 365 tools. Maintain required credentials and state licensure.

Manage clinical trial budgets, CTMS setup and billing, sponsor invoicing, payment reconciliation, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with FDA/OHRP/ICH‑GCP, support audits, and collaborate with research staff, sponsors, and billing to sustain study operations.

Perform E/M coding audits, summarize findings, communicate results, and provide follow-up education. Respond to audit requests, tickets, and emails; support physicians and claims resolution specialists; update training materials and SOPs; assist with government audits and contribute to team training and process improvements. Maintain confidentiality and comply with federal/state regulations.
