Lead and manage multiple preconstruction projects and teams from program design through final construction documents. Deliver feasibility studies, conceptual-to-final estimates, value engineering, presentations, and coordination with owners, design teams, consultants, and operations to move projects into construction.

Manage complex commercial construction project finances including JDE processes, AR/AP, billings, subcontractor payments and waivers, budget and cost tracking, compliance, month-end reporting, risk management, and mentoring/training of accounting staff.
