Translates workloads and site constraints into compute, networking, storage, management, power, cooling, BOM, and rack-layout designs. The role requires experience delivering 1,000-plus GPU clusters and deep knowledge of NVIDIA architectures, high-performance fabrics, parallel storage, and cluster management platforms.

Designs, deploys, validates, and troubleshoots large-scale GPU cluster networks, including InfiniBand, RoCE, Spectrum-X Ethernet, storage, front-end, and management fabrics. Responsibilities include topology and capacity planning, cabling and optics specifications, fabric bring-up, NCCL performance testing, deployment acceptance, incident escalation, and network automation using Python and Ansible.

Deploys large-scale GPU clusters from hardware delivery through production handover. Responsibilities include rack and stack, cabling, power-on, firmware management, burn-in, acceptance testing, vendor and contractor direction, quality inspections, punch-list closure, documentation, and deployment runbook creation. Requires production GPU deployment experience, Linux and hardware systems expertise, direct liquid-cooling commissioning experience, independent site ownership, and travel up to 50%.

Run delivery programs for large-scale GPU cluster builds. Own integrated plans covering site readiness, procurement, logistics, deployment, and acceptance; track vendor schedules, dependencies, risks, power and cooling readiness, and team handoffs. Provide concise status reporting to leadership and customers, develop scalable program tracking tools, and create processes, templates, checklists, and post-build reviews to improve future deployments.

Design and operate large-scale GPU infrastructure for distributed AI training, ensuring reliability, performance, and efficient customer partnerships.

Owns Andromeda’s marketing function as its founding marketing hire. Responsibilities include defining company narrative and positioning, translating GPU compute products for technical and executive audiences, leading go-to-market launches, creating sales enablement, conducting competitive and win-loss analysis, developing customer proof, and establishing customer feedback loops. The role requires strong AI infrastructure expertise, technical credibility, exceptional writing, and hands-on execution.

Lead and build the revenue operations function: own HubSpot CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting dashboards, deal desk and RACI, comp and capacity planning, cross-functional processes between sales, supply, legal, and finance, and introduce AI-driven efficiencies to automate reporting and ops.

Own technical engagements end-to-end for large customers: lead technical discovery and POCs, design GPU/HPC cluster and workload architectures, provision and validate production training runs, optimize performance and cost, and build SA assets (runbooks, benchmarks, reference architectures). Act as named technical owner to grow accounts and feed product/engineering with customer feedback.

The Head of Partnerships will manage the full partnership lifecycle, develop strategies and agreements with partners, and drive cross-functional coordination to enhance Andromeda's offerings.

Own provider relationships and execution: onboard providers/sites, manage capacity rollouts, remediate hardware/network issues, act as incident commander for provider-side incidents, maintain program plans and milestones, enforce provider commitments, coordinate internal teams, and create playbooks and standards to scale provider onboarding.

Lead financial strategy and modeling for Andromeda's global GPU compute portfolio, managing lender relationships and capital allocation decisions.

Source and secure global GPU capacity across clouds, data centers, and vendors. Evaluate technical readiness, negotiate commercial terms, travel for site assessments, track market pricing, and build a compute sourcing thesis to direct large-scale spend.
