Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, opening doors, setting appointments, consultative selling, attending industry events, following up on leads, developing target opportunities, and maintaining post-sale relationships. The role sells enterprise SaaS and cloud solutions remotely within an assigned territory and includes travel, base salary, commission, and uncapped compensation.

Provides consultative pre-sales support for insurance software solutions. Develops product demonstrations, coordinates client site visits, prepares proposals, responds to customer requirements, and collaborates with sales and supporting teams throughout the sales cycle. Uses insurance industry and technology expertise to align client goals with product capabilities and demonstrate business value. Requires up to 25% North American travel.

Lead and grow a global data engineering team while establishing foundational data platforms and engineering standards. Design and oversee GCP-based pipelines, medallion data models, DataOps, monitoring, SLAs, CI/CD, governance, and data quality practices. Drive AI adoption across engineering workflows and build reliable, AI-ready data. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, deliver scalable solutions, and support data democratization.
