Lead business development and close new Payor accounts by prospecting, qualifying, and cultivating C-level relationships. Drive proposal and contract processes, collaborate with product, operations, and finance, maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce, provide financial projections, and secure multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts with commercial and regional payers.

Lead strategy and execution for customer, partner, and internal training to drive onboarding, product adoption, and measurable outcomes. Build role-based curricula, scale asynchronous learning (LMS, video, interactive), embed enablement in product release readiness, and hire/manage a small instructional design team while ensuring KPIs, governance, and certification programs.

Support enterprise healthcare implementations by validating data, managing workstreams, communicating with clients, troubleshooting data/configuration issues, identifying risks, and owning deliverables to drive value-based care outcomes.

Lead end-to-end product development of enterprise-grade AI-powered healthcare solutions (generative AI, LLMs, RAG, automation). Drive roadmap, customer validation, cross-functional execution, measurable adoption, and business outcomes while mentoring product practices.

Lead and architect high-value healthcare analytics engagements, build reusable analytic frameworks (DBT), partner with product and engineering, mentor analysts, ensure analytic quality, and represent Arcadia externally to drive population health and value-based care outcomes.

Lead new-account acquisition in the Provider market by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise health system and provider group deals. Manage long sales cycles, build C-level relationships, drive proposals and contracting, coordinate with internal teams, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and frequently travel to customers to achieve revenue targets and account expansion.

Lead Analyst uses healthcare claims and clinical data to support customers, explain data transformations, validate pipelines, build customizations, and improve Arcadia's analytics and validation engine. The role partners with technical teams and becomes an internal product and data expert for population health operations.
