The role also assists with data integrity analysis, secondary market bank debt transactions, and process-improvement projects while coordinating with custodians, dealers, prime brokers, fund administrators, and internal teams.

Supports fund and corporate accounting by managing expense allocations, reviewing NAV packages, calculating management and incentive fees, posting journal entries, performing cash and account reconciliations, and assisting with monthly closes, financial statements, board reporting, and special projects. The role requires accuracy, organization, analytical ability, and familiarity with hedge fund and private equity structures.

Support senior investment professionals by developing financial models, conducting investment and relative value analysis, researching opportunities, preparing investment memoranda, and assisting with transaction closings and post-closing responsibilities. The role also coordinates with Treasury and Operations and requires strong analytical, writing, organizational, ethical, and collaborative skills in a fast-paced investment environment.
