Responsibilities include prospecting brands and agencies, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads, scheduling sales meetings, presenting video advertising and branded-content opportunities, maintaining CRM records, and advancing qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline. The role requires video media sales experience, digital advertising knowledge, strong communication skills, and familiarity with African, diaspora, Black culture, music, entertainment, and multicultural media.

Lead visual design for OkayAfrica across editorial, social, paid campaigns, newsletters, websites, and multimedia projects. Develop culturally fluent creative concepts, shape brand direction, create graphics, edit video, and support photo, video, and podcast production. The role requires strong design fundamentals, typography, color theory, basic UX/UI skills, and senior ownership in a fast-paced music media environment.
