Manage client relationships and generate sales within an assigned territory through outbound/inbound calls, periodic face-to-face meetings, consultative selling, documenting activity, using company systems, and up to 25% travel.

Lead regional sales activities for the RPS product suite targeting community banks and credit unions. Manage and mentor regional sales representatives, develop regional sales plans, pursue key relationships, follow up on leads, and meet sales/contact targets. Travel 50–60% for in-person client meetings and collaborate with Sales management on strategy and staffing.

Design, execute, and optimize fraud detection and prevention strategies. Manage and tune fraud rules, analyze rule performance and trends, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend control improvements. Partner cross-functionally, support fraud systems and third-party providers, build governance and documentation, monitor KPIs, and respond to high-priority fraud incidents to reduce losses while minimizing customer friction.

Lead strategy, product development, and national distribution for workplace 529 and ABLE solutions. Build partnerships with brokers, HRIS and benefits platforms, define product and operational requirements, set pricing and P&L, and design the organizational model to scale employer-based education savings offerings.
