Design end-to-end AI-native user experiences for clinicians, pharmacists, and patients: research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specs. Build and maintain a design system, conduct user research with healthcare stakeholders, partner with engineering and product to ship designs, and support sales/customer success with demos and UI improvements.

Design and build autonomous agentic systems and orchestration layers for pharmaceutical workflows. Architect integrations with pharmacy systems, implement observability, scale real-time processing, and build APIs and cloud infrastructure to support agent behavior and human-in-the-loop escalation.
