Drive laboratory efficiency and profitability through data analysis, KPI dashboards, and continuous improvement. Manages provider enrollment and credentialing with insurance payers and dental plans. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking applications, maintaining credentialing records, updating provider information, monitoring recredentialing deadlines, resolving enrollment and out-of-network claims issues, coordinating temporary enrollments, generating status reports, and supporting audits. The role collaborates with providers, payers, revenue cycle teams, and internal operations to prevent billing and reimbursement disruptions.

Manages provider enrollment and credentialing with insurance payers, including applications, recredentialing, demographic updates, status tracking, and issue resolution. Maintains accurate credentialing records, coordinates temporary enrollments, researches out-of-network claims, prepares reports, and supports audits. Collaborates with providers, payers, revenue cycle, field support, and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted provider participation, billing, reimbursement, and patient care.

Provide clinical leadership for implant programs: train and mentor dentists, advise on implant treatment plans, support practices in-office and regionally, develop implant-related education and programs, evaluate new implant technologies, and partner with leadership to drive doctor retention and financial performance.
