Own the full sales cycle for service-based B2B customers: run frequent demos, qualify leads, handle objections, close deals ($2.5k–$50k ARR), maintain pipeline and forecasts, provide product feedback, and help build sales playbooks and tooling.

Lead full‑stack engineering work: design and build scalable web platform features, own technical decisions, mentor engineers, improve processes (testing, CI/CD), write documentation, recruit, and shape the engineering roadmap and culture.

Build and optimize in-product growth features (onboarding, referrals, templates), automate GTM processes (lead scraping, outbound sequences), integrate AI tools, run A/B tests, track funnel metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive user adoption and revenue in an early-stage, in-person startup.

Full-cycle Associate Account Executive responsible for running discovery, conducting 5+ demos per day, handling objections, owning pipeline and forecasts, closing deals ($2.5k–$50k ARR), becoming a product expert, and providing field feedback to product and team. In-person role with direct mentorship from a sales lead.
