The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the GTM strategy, executing marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving partner program growth.

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of fleet customers through proactive outreach, adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell. Monitor account health, use data to prioritize opportunities, partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, maintain CRM records, and meet retention, growth, and contribution margin targets.

Drive new customer acquisition via outbound prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, pipeline management, and deal closing. Collaborate cross-functionally for smooth onboarding and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while tracking industry trends and competition.
