Serve as the technical liaison between customers and engineering teams. Guide customer development teams through onboarding, product demonstrations, implementation architecture, troubleshooting, and feature requests. Provide technical support, debug integrations, recommend solutions, create documentation, manage escalations, and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering. The role requires software development or technical support experience, programming knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Build and maintain automation and API integration solutions using Node.js and TypeScript. Reverse-engineer web APIs, handle bot-detection mitigation, implement scalable data extraction, own SDLC including QA and deployments, and collaborate with teams to deliver production-ready features.
