Responsibilities include incident resolution, root-cause analysis, configuration, access management, platform upgrades, vendor coordination, testing, documentation, and workflow automation. The role partners with investment and operations teams across private equity, private credit, real assets, and public markets to improve data quality, reporting, and technology-enabled investment processes.
