Remote Claim Investigator for personal lines P&C claims responsible for detecting and investigating potential fraud. Duties include evidence collection and analysis, interviews, inspections, vendor management, link analysis, preparing investigative reports, coordinating with claim handlers, law enforcement and counsel, and testifying when necessary.

Manage Michigan PIP claims end-to-end: investigate facts, perform coverage analysis, evaluate damages and limits, negotiate settlements, approve payments, refer to other units, document files, and handle MCCA and attorney-represented claims.

Leads claims process improvement initiatives by analyzing operational inefficiencies, documenting workflows, gathering requirements, managing projects, implementing technology solutions, supporting change management, and measuring outcomes. Partners with claims leaders and cross-functional teams to develop strategies, conduct cost-benefit analyses, prepare training, and deliver measurable operational improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Lead projects reviewing complex insurance products, underwriting and vendor practices to improve profitability and quality. Perform audits, analyze data, build dashboards using GCP and Excel, recommend process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, support investigations, and develop policies and reporting for underwriting quality assurance.
