Implement and customize AI agents for insurance customers, building integrations, APIs, workflows, and production deployments. Tune prompts, voice systems, and agent behavior based on customer feedback. Manage technical customer relationships, provide consulting on AI and automation strategy, coordinate multiple implementations, and communicate product insights to engineering and product teams.

Own the end-to-end product design for Avallon’s AI-powered insurance claims platform. Design dense operational workflows, agent interaction models, review and exception flows, reporting surfaces, and the company’s design system. Conduct user research, measure UX friction, instrument user behavior, and partner closely with engineering and customers from discovery through delivery. As the first designer, establish the design practice and help shape future design hiring.

Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, go-to-market, and operations roles at an early-stage AI startup. Build sourcing pipelines, manage recruiting agencies, establish scalable hiring processes, operate the ATS, measure recruiting performance, improve candidate experience, and partner with founders and hiring managers on headcount planning and compensation benchmarking.
