Provide senior legal counsel on high-value commercial transactions, government contracting, and RFP responses. Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts (MSAs, SaaS, licenses, SOWs, NDAs), develop contract playbooks and AI-assisted form libraries, train business teams, partner with Compliance, and independently manage a high-volume commercial portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead enterprise sales skills training strategy—diagnose skill gaps, design and deliver instructor-led and virtual practice-based learning, create leader reinforcement toolkits, operationalize post-training reinforcement, measure effectiveness, and partner with Sales leadership to drive measurable sales outcomes.

Calculate, reconcile, and process commission and incentive payments per contracts and GAAP; reconcile commission expense to the general ledger, respond to inquiries, support audits, and assist with system enhancements and ad hoc analyses.

Supervise and support a team of Communication Analysts: manage scheduling and attendance, review performance and audit reports, assist with training and hiring, troubleshoot system issues, compile outage impact reports, and foster team morale and coaching.
