Provide compassionate inbound phone support to Medicaid dental members in a high-volume remote call center. Answer 40-60 calls daily, document interactions, research and escalate unresolved issues, collaborate with internal teams, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and adapt to changing programs and business rules.

Drive new business selling commercial vision (and ancillary) programs to employers in an assigned territory. Build broker/distribution relationships, respond to RFPs and proposals, manage full sales lifecycle and renewals, forecast pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel up to 50% to meet clients and attend events.

Sell commercial vision (and related ancillary) programs to employers across a defined Northeast territory. Drive new business, respond to RFPs, manage pipeline and proposals, build broker and client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams for implementation and renewals, and achieve sales targets while traveling to meet clients and attend industry events.
