Provides coverage guidance to claims teams, manages litigation costs and counsel panels, identifies portfolio-wide trends, supports underwriting inquiries, and collaborates with executives, brokers, insureds, reinsurers, auditors, and attorneys. Coaches claims professionals and ensures consistent, high-quality claims management across North American business lines.

Leads operational readiness for technology, process, vendor, and operating-model changes across Global Claims. Responsibilities include readiness assessments, cutover planning, business handoffs, training coordination, adoption tracking, process documentation, hypercare, stabilization, reporting, and transition to business-as-usual operations. The role identifies readiness gaps, coordinates remediation, supports vendor and stakeholder alignment, tracks implementation outcomes, and contributes to lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end underwriting and execution of complex alternative risk transfer transactions. Analyze risks, structures, and clients; design and negotiate bespoke insurance solutions; coordinate reviews across actuarial, legal, claims, finance, compliance, and underwriting teams; manage broker and client relationships; support marketing and product development; ensure profitability, governance, compliance, documentation, and post-bind monitoring.
