Lead North America Specialty Complex Claims team handling complex coverage disputes, litigation, and arbitration across multiple lines. Develop claims and litigation strategy, manage outside counsel and discovery, advise underwriting, control litigation costs, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage complex Employment Practices Liability (EPL) and fiduciary claims: investigate and evaluate coverage, determine valuation and settlement strategies, attend mediations and monitor trials, draft and negotiate coverage correspondence, recommend outside counsel, mentor junior adjusters, support underwriting/actuarial with data, manage litigation costs, and maintain timely claim records and systems.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for technology, data, operations and transformation roles. Partner with hiring managers and HR to design sourcing strategies, build pipelines, assess candidates, manage offers, and provide market intelligence and recruiting metrics to support hiring decisions and process improvement.
