Lead Java developer responsible for designing and building REST/SOAP web services, leading a team of 5+, working in Agile Scrum, developing high-volume, thread-safe J2EE applications using Spring, JMS, DB2/MySQL, MQ, ORM, unit and integration testing, and Linux-based scripting and troubleshooting.

Customer-facing Solutions Architect responsible for designing high-scale, high-performance enterprise systems. Work directly with client developers to implement platform APIs, architect Java-based back-end solutions, and configure enterprise application platforms and databases. Emphasis on microservices, real-time big data, messaging, NoSQL, and platform tuning. Expect 20-25% domestic travel.

Provide technical leadership and architecture design for enterprise Java back-end systems. Perform design reviews, go‑live tuning, platform/database configuration, and support pre/post-sales workshops and deployments while maintaining hands‑on expertise in Client XAP and in‑memory computing.

Lead systems analysis for cloud-based solutions: gather and translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and designs, select and configure third-party tools in multi-cloud environments, develop system test plans, diagnose production issues, support patches/upgrades, and collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, developers, and DevOps to implement solutions.

Provide technical leadership and architecture design for enterprise clients, perform design reviews, go-live tuning, and deployments. Maintain hands-on expertise in XAP/In-Memory Computing, support pre/post-sales workshops and implementations, and collaborate with sales, product management, and customers. Specialization in Java back-end enterprise development required.

Design, provision and optimize cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, databases). Translate scrum requirements into architecture, perform capacity planning, cost/performance analysis, review configurations and third-party connectivity, evaluate emerging tools, and maintain public cloud roadmaps while collaborating with developers.

Design, templatize and deploy scalable infrastructure in public clouds (AWS, GCP) using IaC (CloudFormation). Support architects, troubleshoot developer escalations, ensure compliance, and build stable platform services; work within agile teams to create configuration templates and automated deployments.
