Lead fundraising for B Capital by originating, managing, and closing LP commitments across institutional, family office, wealth and private channels. Manage full fundraising cycle, prepare tailored materials, maintain CRM and pipeline, partner with investment and IR teams, deepen intermediary relationships, and represent the firm at LP meetings and industry events.

Provide primary executive support to Partners including complex calendar, travel, meeting and expense management; oversee NYC office operations, facilities liaison, AV/IT troubleshooting, guest and event coordination; plan team events and support cross-office collaboration while maintaining confidentiality and responsiveness.
