Candidates must be enrolled in a business-related undergraduate or graduate program and demonstrate interest in equity capital markets, analytical and sales abilities, interpersonal skills, and strong work ethic.

Lead on-site transitions of experienced Financial Advisors and their teams to Baird, supporting branch openings and acquisitions, ensuring accurate account setup, compliance adherence, client-focused onboarding, troubleshooting issues, training staff, and coordinating with internal partners to resume normal business operations.
