Leads all graduate-school financial aid programs, services, scholarship administration, federal loan processing, student counseling, compliance, audits, reporting, and disbursements. Supervises a two-person team, supports recruitment and retention, advises faculty and enrollment leaders, oversees financial aid communications, and collaborates across academic, business, development, and student-success functions to improve service, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Support middle school students and families through academic, social, and emotional advising; monitor progress and attendance; advocate with schools; guide high school admissions; teach enrichment classes; coordinate programming; maintain student records and reports; and assist with part-time staff recruitment, training, and supervision.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, grant and contract compliance, and operational systems for an education center. Oversees financial reporting, variance analysis, audits, invoicing, payroll coordination, and fund disbursements. Develops dashboards, KPIs, and statistical analyses for leadership and stakeholders. Partners with HR, IT, Facilities, Business Office, and College leadership on policies, process improvement, hiring workflows, strategic planning, and cross-functional operational initiatives.

Provides itinerant special education services to children ages three to five in home and community settings. Plans IEP-aligned activities, supports classroom integration and independence, communicates with families and therapists, attends IEP meetings, documents sessions, prepares progress reports, coordinates related-service providers, and collaborates with supervisors. Requires New York State special education certification and familiarity with CPSE, CSE, DOE regulations, and kindergarten IEP processes.

Design and facilitate an on-site professional development workshop for 10–25 educators focused on storytelling, writing development, loose parts, design thinking, and inclusive creative strategies for PreK–Grade 2 classrooms. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, hands-on activities, group discussions, and workshop facilitation.

Evaluate preschool children across physical, communication, social-emotional, cognitive, and adaptive domains for CPSE special education eligibility. Responsibilities include scheduling assessments, interviewing parents and teachers, conducting in-person evaluations, scoring approved assessment tools, and submitting written reports within 10 days. Candidates must hold NYS Students with Disabilities N-6 or Special Education certification and understand preschool assessment tools and DOE, CPSE, and CSE regulations.

Conduct psychological evaluations for preschool-aged children at the Bank Street Family Center. The role requires collaboration with clinical teams, work with families, and knowledge of early childhood development. Candidates must hold a New York State psychologist license and have at least two years of experience evaluating young children. This is a per-diem position paid $300 per evaluation.
