Provides administrative, operational, and program support for employee experience, engagement, and business partner teams. Responsibilities include responding to employee and manager questions, coordinating lifecycle processes, maintaining Workday transactions and records, supporting performance and talent programs, analyzing employee feedback, and administering culture, recognition, mentorship, and engagement initiatives. The role also supports communications, events, reporting, scheduling, and cross-functional talent programs while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Develop and monitor integrated media plans across digital, programmatic, search, and social channels. Recommend strategies, negotiate vendor inventory and pricing, manage insertion orders, monitor campaign budgets and KPIs, coordinate reporting and creative assets, and support billing. The role partners with analytics, ad operations, media buyers, finance, and client teams to drive campaign performance, client satisfaction, and retention.
