Davianna Olert describes Beam's culture as warm. “The psychological safety at Beam is something I’ve never experienced in a job before,” she said. Team members want to know one another and support each other through challenges. And, most importantly to Olert, they care for each other holistically. "Everyone I work with is driven and passionate," she said. “But at the end of the day, we understand that in order for people to do what they love, they need to be healthy and whole people inside and outside of work.” That support is what lets Olert work her self-proclaimed dream job at Beam.
