Partner with executive leaders, conduct market intelligence and competitive talent analysis, build diverse leadership pipelines, assess candidates, advise stakeholders, and guide hiring through negotiation, transition, and onboarding. Full Stack Software Developer responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable member-facing and internal applications. Work includes building APIs, database components, cloud-native solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and adopting AI-assisted development practices while collaborating in an Agile environment to improve member digital experiences.

Develops, calibrates, validates, and maintains credit risk models, including PD, LGD, and EAD models, for lending, collections, loss forecasting, capital planning, and stress testing. Analyzes large datasets, evaluates model performance, documents model changes, supports systems testing, and communicates statistical insights to stakeholders and management. Collaborates across the credit union to improve risk-return strategies and reporting.
