Own the company’s IT roadmap and services, including identity and access management, SaaS administration, endpoint management, employee lifecycle workflows, service delivery, automation, vendors, and IT spending. Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and related systems; improve provisioning, support processes, documentation, security controls, and operational scalability. Partner cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives, resolve escalations, manage risks, and deliver reliable IT operations.

Own strategic partner relationships from implementation through ongoing growth. Lead partner onboarding, develop scalable playbooks and workflows, coordinate cross-functional implementations, deliver enablement, monitor partner and client outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities. Serve as the internal voice of partners while improving operational processes, documentation, reporting, and relationship health across the partner ecosystem.

Own 15–20 enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build executive and stakeholder relationships, develop success and account plans, monitor customer health and renewal risk, drive adoption and value realization, lead strategic reviews, synthesize customer feedback for Product and Engineering, and create scalable customer success playbooks and processes.
