Build and scale Benepass’s data platform, including warehouses, replication pipelines, orchestration, dbt transformations, Cube semantic models, and governed analytics infrastructure. Own data quality, security, compliance, reliability, performance, cost optimization, and documentation. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, GTM, Finance, analysts, and data scientists to deliver trusted reporting and data solutions. Shape the platform roadmap, mentor colleagues, and drive architectural improvements as a senior individual contributor.

Own strategic partner relationships from implementation through ongoing growth. Lead partner onboarding, develop scalable playbooks and workflows, coordinate cross-functional implementations, deliver enablement, monitor partner and client outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities. Serve as the internal voice of partners while improving operational processes, documentation, reporting, and relationship health across the partner ecosystem.

Own 15–20 enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build executive and stakeholder relationships, develop success and account plans, monitor customer health and renewal risk, drive adoption and value realization, lead strategic reviews, synthesize customer feedback for Product and Engineering, and create scalable customer success playbooks and processes.

Lead a backend engineering team responsible for Benepass Core Services, including ledger, decisioning, authentication, integrations, and money movement systems. Manage and develop 4–6 engineers, oversee hiring and performance, guide project execution, and maintain delivery accountability. Provide technical leadership through design reviews, prototyping, debugging, and operational incident management. Partner cross-functionally, uphold reliability and correctness standards, and model effective daily use of AI in engineering and management workflows.
