Owns discovery, market validation, roadmap development, requirements, commercialization, launches, adoption, performance measurement, governance, and client engagement. Partners with engineering, technology, risk, legal, sales, finance, marketing, and product leaders to embed AI capabilities into existing product roadmaps. Builds an AI product team, evaluates partners, and ensures secure, explainable, auditable, and production-ready solutions for regulated financial-services workflows.

Leads technical delivery of cost basis management solutions as a hands-on engineer and informal team lead. Designs scalable cloud-native platforms, builds CI/CD pipelines, resolves complex tax-lot and cost-basis issues, mentors engineers, supports regulatory compliance, and coordinates cross-functional delivery. Integrates AI/ML capabilities for anomaly detection, reconciliation, workflow automation, and tax operations.
