Lead and optimize end-to-end commercial workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Own Deal Desk decisions, pricing and promotions, contract approvals, and monthly audits. Design scalable processes, partner with Finance, Legal, and Business Systems to operationalize offers, and deliver pricing/margin analyses and dashboards. Serve as a high-autonomy operator driving revenue-impacting decisions and enablement.

Manage a book of strategic 401(k) clients as a trusted advisor to drive plan success, participant outcomes, and retention. Advise on plan design, rollovers, compliance, and engagement strategies; coordinate onboarding and cross-functional teams; identify risks and expansion opportunities; run strategy sessions and represent the Voice of the Customer to improve the platform.
