Generate and qualify outbound sales opportunities for Betterment’s retirement and advisor solutions. Responsibilities include prospect list building, cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, understanding prospect needs, communicating qualified opportunities to Account Executives, meeting pipeline targets, using Salesforce and prospecting tools, and providing market feedback to marketing and product teams.

Leads security governance, risk, and compliance programs, including risk assessments, control design, vulnerability management, third-party risk, business continuity, and issues management. Measures and communicates risk, authors policies and reporting, challenges stakeholders, supports audit and regulatory readiness, mentors analysts, and advises leadership on risk acceptance and treatment.

Own the roadmap for Betterment’s marketing enablement products, including promotions, offers, messaging, analytics, internal marketing tooling, and the public website platform. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and Compliance to create reusable capabilities, design regulated offer mechanics, improve campaign measurement, enable self-service workflows, and lead products from discovery through launch and iteration.
