Lead design work for multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects, producing concept and presentation materials, 2D/3D drawings and renderings, coordinating with consultants, contributing to Revit model assembly, and providing technical guidance to junior staff from schematic design through construction administration.

Lead firmwide data governance, taxonomy, and metadata standards; manage integrations and migrations across Deltek Vantagepoint, Notion, DAMs, and project folders; build QA, validation, and audit pipelines; support AI-driven workflows and reporting; train and support Marketing, Business Development, Graphics, and Studio teams on data practices and asset management.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to produce schematic through construction documents for multifamily, mixed‑use, hospitality, and commercial projects. Manage design direction, consultant coordination, BIM model assembly/QA, code and zoning reviews, client communication, and project staffing to ensure constructability and adherence to office standards and schedules.

Lead institutional and cultural architecture projects for historic and existing buildings. Serve as primary client liaison, manage schedules, budgets, contracts, staffing, and invoices. Prepare and present project materials to clients and stakeholder groups. Define scopes, estimate fees, and ensure technical accuracy across project phases while mentoring and allocating design team resources.

Lead development of GIS-centered, data-integrated urban and campus planning tools and visualizations. Create master plan concepts, scenario-based analyses, interactive dashboards, and community engagement materials while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring data integrity and interoperability.
