Supports customers with data onboarding, analysis, and adoption of Bikky’s insights. Updates DBT models, performs customer retention analyses, collaborates with product and engineering teams, and communicates analytical findings. The role combines SQL, statistical analysis, business judgment, and customer-facing communication, with opportunities to grow into product development, data engineering, or data science.

Serve as Bikky’s first dedicated Product Manager, partnering with the CTO, customers, engineers, designers, analysts, and commercial teams. Drive product decisions, research and launch new products, refine existing data products based on customer needs, manage product communications and operations, and support go-to-market adoption. Establish scalable product practices while prioritizing high-impact opportunities and maximizing customer value.

As a Senior Product Designer at Bikky, you will shape product experience, lead design initiatives for analytics and data tools, and collaborate across teams to create user-centric designs.
