Develops analytical tools and software for private equity deal diligence, portfolio monitoring, and workflow automation. The role gathers and refines technology requirements, conducts business analysis, models data, and partners with product, engineering, and UX teams. Responsibilities include maintaining Python and SQL solutions, managing data governance and quality, supporting AI and analytics workflows, documenting processes, and promoting data literacy through training and presentations.

Provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders in Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities Group. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, domestic and international travel planning, itinerary and trip-packet preparation, expense reporting, occasional personal scheduling, and special projects. The role requires discretion, strong organization, adaptability, communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with Concur or similar expense systems.

Provides senior technical leadership for enterprise data engineering platforms, with emphasis on Snowflake, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, governance, observability, reliability, and production operations. The role guides architecture and engineering standards, supports incident response and on-call operations, improves platform scalability and resilience, and partners with engineering, infrastructure, security, governance, architecture, and business teams. It is a hands-on leadership position without direct people-management responsibility.
