The Business Analyst supports Corporate FP&A by analyzing and improving forecasting, budgeting, reporting, data submission, and planning workflows. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, translating finance needs into technology solutions, coordinating projects, conducting UAT, documenting processes and defects, and supporting training and solution adoption. Develop and maintain production AI and software solutions for alternative asset management workflows. Embed with business teams to identify use cases, build self-service AI capabilities, and deliver agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation tools. Use Python, SQL, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and cloud deployment practices. Transition proofs of concept into production, lead concurrent projects, train technical and business users, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and scope.

Develop and maintain production AI and analytics solutions using Python and SQL. Partner with financial business units to identify workflow improvements, build agentic and retrieval-based AI applications, and transition proofs of concept into reliable deployments. Use Git, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and cloud technologies while establishing evaluation tools, prompt libraries, and runbooks. Conduct cyber threat intelligence analysis focused on financial-sector threats, producing reports, actor profiles, executive briefings, and visualizations. Extract and operationalize IOCs, map activity to MITRE ATT&CK, develop detections, assess vulnerabilities and attack-surface exposures, and coordinate remediation. Use AI and automation to scale intelligence workflows, support digital-threat monitoring, share intelligence with industry partners, and participate in incident response and the SOC on-call rotation.

Develops communications and content strategy for a multi-strategy hedge fund. Attends investment and product meetings, distills complex insights into client-facing presentations, brochures, fact sheets, talking points, scripts, and other materials. Partners with senior leadership, drafts and edits content, coordinates Legal and Compliance approvals, maintains content libraries and templates, and supports strategic initiatives through presentations and executive communications.

The role involves preparing responses for investors, liaising with fund teams, maintaining databases, assisting with materials, and overseeing offshore team work.

Build and maintain cloud-native, containerized front-office fixed-income trading and portfolio systems. Lead technical design, implement microservices and APIs, write automated tests, leverage CI/CD, mentor engineers, and collaborate with traders, PMs, and UX to deliver scalable, secure trading applications and data pipelines.
