As an Associate Principal, you will lead project teams in life sciences strategy, manage client relationships, engage in business development, and support project execution within specialty therapeutics.

Lead and manage cross-functional consulting projects in biopharma commercial strategy and market access. Develop project plans, run primary and secondary research, synthesize insights, engage senior clients, recruit and develop team members, and support business development to inform product launch, pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies across payer segments and sites of care.

Support biopharma commercial strategy projects by executing analyses, primary and secondary research, building analytical tools, creating client-ready materials, identifying strategic insights and recommendations, and engaging senior clients to inform market access and launch planning decisions.

The Senior Consultant will analyze health policy developments and support biopharmaceutical clients in strategy planning, commercialization, and project execution. Responsibilities include research, insights development, and engaging with clients.

The Associate Principal leads project teams to translate US health policy into strategies for biopharma clients, engaging in business development and managing client relationships while guiding project objectives and team collaboration.

Lead day-to-day client relationships and translate market access strategy into design-ready manuscripts and payer-focused content. Manage projects, collaborate with creative and production teams, support MLR review (Veeva Vault), and ensure compliance while driving persuasive, audience-tailored materials to improve reimbursement and patient access.

The Principal - Analytics at Blue Matter drives business development, leads client engagements, and oversees analytics delivery, while developing teams and thought leadership in commercial analytics for the biopharmaceutical industry.
