Sources and engages passive candidates, builds diverse talent pipelines, conducts initial screens, and provides talent market intelligence. Supports recruiting operations including ATS administration, job postings, candidate communications, interview coordination, onboarding, and offer documentation. Partners with Talent Acquisition leaders across manufacturing, corporate, retail, customer care, and operations hiring while tracking sourcing metrics and improving candidate experience and recruiting effectiveness.

Leads FP&A for Blue Nile, partnering with merchandising and department leaders on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, investment evaluation, and cost optimization. Develops dashboards and reporting tools, analyzes product and financial data, supports data transformation, and delivers actionable insights and presentations to senior leadership. Oversees functional budgets, monitors variances, and contributes to topline growth and commercial strategy.

Analyzes demand, supply, inventory, store performance, and replenishment data to support planning decisions. Builds automated reporting, dashboards, KPIs, exception reporting, forecasts, backtests, and root-cause analyses using SQL, Python, and BI tools. Develops store replenishment logic, allocation rules, inventory health analysis, and assortment recommendations. Partners with planners and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, automate recurring work, and communicate actionable recommendations.

Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and long-range planning to optimize network footprint, costs, inventory, and supplier performance. Drive cross-functional initiatives, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, enable automation and analytics, manage risk/compliance, and deliver measurable ROI and operational scalability.

Inspect in-process jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings) to verify dimensions, gemstone sizes, settings, and finish. Record defects, provide feedback to bench workers, use precision measuring tools, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support continuous improvement.

Provide FP&A reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis to support business partners and senior leadership. Build financial models and ad-hoc analyses, collaborate on month-end close and forecasting, and use BI tools to extract, clean, and visualize data to drive decisions and process improvements.
