Two-year rotational program exposing early-career hires to influencer & partnerships, social media, performance marketing, analytics, and creative project management. Responsibilities include coordinating influencer/media programs, building and analyzing paid campaigns, managing creative workflows, leading social engagement, and reporting on member experience and subscription performance.

Lead FP&A and operational forecasting work across inventory, demand planning, and financial models. Update forecasts and monthly reports, support month-end close, perform modeling for corporate opportunities, and deliver ad-hoc analysis to inform stock, labor, and launch decisions.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs with Node.js and relational databases. Partner with frontend, product, and QA teams, support data pipelines and Snowflake analytics, write tests and docs, participate in agile ceremonies and on-call rotation, and fulfill cross-functional data requests to enable business decisions.
