Build front-end components and pages, automate renewals and customer service workflows with agents, create stakeholder data views, perform ad hoc analysis, and own product features and experiments through specification, development, QA, deployment, and measurement. The role also supports marketing landing-page testing and evolves with business needs.

Manage retention and lifecycle marketing programs to reduce churn and improve member engagement. Responsibilities include analyzing churn and lifetime value, developing tests and project plans, coordinating reactivation campaigns across email, web, and app channels, managing the member email calendar, sharing customer insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the member experience. The role also involves mentoring junior employees and executing with strong organization and attention to detail.

Owns the end-to-end e-commerce order and fulfillment journey, including OMS processes, fulfillment center operations, 3PL and carrier relationships, delivery quality, procurement, sourcing, inventory forecasting, analytics, SLAs, and cost reduction. Partners with product, engineering, member experience, facility leaders, demand planning, and vendors to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
