The program provides broad exposure before potential specialization after approximately two years.

Two-year rotational program for early-career professionals across influencer partnerships, social media, performance marketing, analytics, creative briefing, and project management. Responsibilities include coordinating influencer and media programs, building and analyzing campaigns, managing creative workflows, overseeing social calendars, conducting member experience and pricing analytics, and supporting Allurial growth initiatives. Participants receive apprenticeship-style learning and transition into specialized roles based on performance, business needs, and interests.

Designs, develops, and owns production features and API systems serving hundreds of thousands of users. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, writes technical specifications, reviews solutions, mentors engineers, and maintains high coding and testing standards. Optimizes database performance, manages system resources, evolves relational schemas safely, versions REST APIs, integrates third-party services, and monitors released solutions for quality, scalability, and reliability.

Manages Romantasy book selection, editorial feedback, audience trends, member-focused marketing campaigns, advertising, campaign analytics, A/B testing, market research, and feature development recommendations. The role oversees cross-functional business processes, maintains operational data, creates stakeholder presentations, and optimizes campaigns using performance insights, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

Manage retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives to reduce churn and improve member engagement. Analyze churn, lifetime value, and campaign performance; develop reactivation campaigns; manage email calendars; gather member insights; and coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize the customer experience across subscription, website, and app channels. The role also includes mentoring junior employees and executing strategic, data-driven tests.

Build and optimize product features across the full stack, including front-end components, back-end renewal automation, agent automations, data views, experiments, QA, deployment, and measurement. Partner with Member Services and marketing to improve customer response times and testing workflows. Use Claude Code and related tools to accelerate design-to-production development and solve business and customer problems.

Owns the end-to-end e-commerce order and fulfillment journey, including OMS processes, fulfillment center and 3PL operations, carrier relationships, procurement, sourcing, inventory forecasting, analytics, SLAs, and cost optimization. Partners with product, engineering, customer experience, demand planning, vendors, and facility leaders to improve operational quality and customer delivery outcomes at scale.

Coordinates recruiting activities across the candidate lifecycle, including interview scheduling, job postings, candidate assessment, and stakeholder communication. Supports onboarding, employee recognition, freelance coordination, recruiting initiatives, trackers, and project plans. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, ownership, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast-paced entrepreneurial e-commerce environment.

Own the Order Management and Renewal Management Systems supporting Book of the Month’s subscription business. Responsibilities include managing product roadmaps, optimizing shipping SLAs, reducing involuntary churn, evaluating billing and payment solutions, coordinating finance and engineering initiatives, and developing detailed monitoring and reporting systems. The role requires strong technical product management expertise, customer focus, exceptional communication, and meticulous attention to transactional accuracy.

Develop and maintain customer-facing web and mobile application features using modern frameworks and languages. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend engineering teams to deliver scalable, performant, maintainable software. Write documentation, conduct code reviews, integrate AI coding tools, and expand full-stack capabilities while solving ambiguous technical problems and supporting rapid project delivery.

Manage Book of the Month’s brand partnerships, events, sponsorships, and experiential activations from concept through execution. Responsibilities include project planning, partner and vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, logistics, marketing strategy, social content, PR outreach, performance reporting, and KPI analysis. The role bridges Growth and Editorial teams while building relationships with publishers, media, journalists, cultural tastemakers, and consumer brands to increase brand awareness and membership growth.

Manage daily lead tasks for 10–12 customer service agents, handle escalations, approve exceptions, assign queues, and improve agent knowledge resources. Conduct dispute resolution, reporting, root-cause analysis of member-reported issues, and data-backed process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and customer service experience, with Zendesk and agent-management experience preferred.

Senior Product Designer responsible for designing and evolving consumer digital products across web, iOS, and Android. The role covers ideation, wireframing, visual and interaction design, prototyping, user research, testing, design systems, developer handoff, and production optimization. The designer will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams while using AI tools such as Claude to improve workflows and design processes.
