Manage and continuously improve monthly cycle operations across multiple parallel cycles. Provide high-visibility administrative support to the CEO and VP, Editorial Director: manage calendars and travel, coordinate meetings, prepare and proofread materials, build trackers and reports, support project execution, and act with urgency and professionalism while working in-office full-time.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs in Node.js, integrate with MySQL/PostgreSQL, support data pipelines and Snowflake for analytics, collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams, write tests and documentation, participate in on-call rotation and Agile ceremonies.
