Supports Endoscopy Territory Managers in Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn by providing procedural support, product demonstrations, clinical education, customer relationship management, sales assistance, account development, business planning, and revenue-generating activities. Requires regular travel, inventory and equipment transport, and occasional evening or weekend events.

Supports global supply chain planning, including SI&OP, demand forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and performance analysis. Uses Kinaxis RapidResponse to maintain planning data and assists with automating supply chain reporting. Contributes to cross-functional projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and supporting completion. This is a 12-week, onsite internship in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Develop deep learning and AI/ML models to predict cardiac events from ECG and physiological signals. Apply signal processing, analyze implantable-device datasets, build Python tools, validate algorithms, and support feasibility studies for diagnostic features. Collaborate with clinical, software, and hardware teams to improve implantable-device performance and patient outcomes.

Coordinates employee engagement events, site visits, leadership meetings, and administrative projects from planning through completion. Manages schedules, budgets, vendors, procurement, logistics, stakeholder communications, visitor access, catering, and action tracking. Supports office administration and improves event, meeting, visitor, and operational processes while working cross-functionally with employees, leaders, contractors, and business partners.

Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, month-end close support, and financial modeling. Evaluates business opportunities, acquisitions, products, tax planning, and spending initiatives through scenario and sensitivity analysis. Develops financial processes and recommends actions based on financial performance. Requires manufacturing finance and cost accounting experience, SAP expertise, strong analytical skills, bilingual English and Spanish communication, and process improvement capabilities.
