Bowery Valuation Benefits Overview

Build and ship end-to-end features for Bowery’s commercial appraisal platform and AI workflows. Responsibilities include data extraction, analysis, narrative generation, LLM-backed features, evaluation, testing, monitoring, system design, and product decision-making. Own AWS infrastructure, deployments, CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, observability, and code quality while collaborating directly with appraisers and operations teams.

Support commercial property valuations by collecting and analyzing market and property data, conducting inspections, assisting with appraisal report preparation, and learning appraisal methodologies under senior appraisers' guidance. Maintain appraisal files, research market trends, attend training, and communicate updates to clients.

The Vice President will lead appraisal projects, manage client communications, research market trends, and improve technology, targeting efficient report production and team growth.
