Join a national appellate and advanced motions team to research and analyze complex state and federal legal issues, draft appellate briefs and significant motions, argue dispositive and evidentiary motions, support trial teams, and develop legal strategy across high-profile product liability and complex commercial litigation matters.

Provide hands-on litigation support in product liability and general liability/insurance defense, including depositions, client contact, expert collaboration, discovery management, motion drafting and argument, and trial preparation and execution while supporting partners on strategic litigation planning.
