Provide high-level administrative support to two partners (calendar, travel, correspondence, materials), manage office operations and vendor relationships, assist with recruiting and onboarding, maintain records and expense reports (Excel, SAP Concur), and help drive employee engagement and office culture.

Support NYC corporate communications team by monitoring media, tracking coverage, organizing samples and giftings, maintaining showrooms, assisting with visual merchandising, and contributing to PR campaign execution and reporting.

Hands-on PR internship supporting NYC fashion accounts: monitor media coverage, track placements, assist with sample inventory and send-outs, curate showrooms/visual merchandising, compile reports, and support campaign/event execution while staying current on industry trends.
