The Senior Accountant supports financial close and reporting through journal entries, reconciliations, US GAAP compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and technical accounting. The role designs and documents scalable accounting processes, identifies automation opportunities, resolves process gaps, and leads accounting projects. It also partners with finance, treasury, data, and other teams to implement systems and solutions while representing accounting to internal and external stakeholders.

Implements and maintains GCP cloud infrastructure, builds automation, troubleshoots infrastructure and observability issues, supports incident response, and improves scalability, security, availability, monitoring, and compliance. Collaborates across technology and business teams on workflow automation and participates in on-call rotations, outage response, documentation, metrics, and sprint processes.

Drive new enterprise business and revenue growth for Branch’s embedded finance and marketplace payments solutions. Own complex sales cycles, manage strategic C-suite relationships, pursue co-sell opportunities, develop account plans, negotiate contracts, and close large deals. Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Engineering on technical solutions, quantify ROI, influence product strategy, and achieve sales quotas.

Own and maintain training and documentation for BPO partners and internal support teams. Build LMS courses, author Zendesk Help Center articles and macros, run content audits, perform skill-gap analyses using support metrics, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver live training and onboarding to improve agent and AI-assisted support performance.

Design, build, and maintain MCP servers, internal APIs, lightweight Streamlit apps, and automated Python workflows. Ensure deterministic LLM integrations, enforce SOPs and coding standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and own projects end-to-end from architecture through deployment and maintenance.

Design, build, and optimize scalable Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs. Ensure performance, uptime, and engineering standards through design and code reviews, testing, and collaboration with product and support teams. Contribute to domain-driven service design and API consistency.
