The Senior Staff Enterprise Architect will define the architectural vision for enterprise AI solutions and align IT strategies with business objectives while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Design and deliver production agent runtimes and multi-agent frameworks (policy execution, planners, state/memory, tool-routing). Implement reasoning loops (ReAct, CoT, ToT), safety controls, deterministic tool‑chaining, observability/evaluation pipelines, and scale platforms on Kubernetes. Mentor engineers, define SLOs and telemetry, integrate RAG/graph memory, and collaborate with product, data, and backend teams while ensuring compliance and PII‑minimization.

Lead design and delivery of analytical and automation solutions across multiple domains. Own end-to-end implementations from requirements through deployment, apply AI/ML and RPA techniques (including LLM/GenAI), optimize performance, resolve issues, influence stakeholders, drive adoption, and mentor junior team members to deliver measurable business value.
