Own the full sales cycle for short-term rental and hospitality property managers: prospect, qualify, demo, and close SaaS deals. Collaborate with SDRs and internal teams, maintain HubSpot pipeline and forecasts, meet revenue goals, and travel quarterly for in-person meetings and events.

Build and ship full‑stack product features on a Python/Flask backend and React frontend. Design REST/GraphQL APIs, work with SQLAlchemy and relational data models, integrate LLM/AI features, use async task queues (Celery), and collaborate with product, design, and engineers to deliver reliable, well-tested features end-to-end.

Serve as primary post-implementation partner for clients, drive product adoption and value, deliver training and education, identify upsell opportunities, monitor churn risk, develop success and engagement strategies, and relay client feedback to internal teams.
