Lead New York market operations for Brightline's pediatric behavioral health clinics, owning clinical quality, P&L, staffing, patient experience, and facility expansion. Drive data-informed operational improvements, change management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional partnerships while spending significant time onsite to coach teams and execute growth plans across multiple clinics.

Lead technical direction for a Ruby on Rails-based platform, design cross-cutting systems (data models, APIs, clinical workflows), write full-stack code, mentor engineers, evaluate tradeoffs, collaborate with product/design/clinical teams, and champion high standards and domain expertise in pediatric behavioral health.

Lead Brightline's national public-sector growth strategy, originating and converting state, county, Medicaid, and education partnerships. Own pipeline, pursue procurements (RFPs/grants), negotiate contracts, manage external advisors, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive contract awards, expansion, and measurable outcomes for youth behavioral health.
